I recently purchased a TV from flipkart . I was really worried seeing very low rating and bad reviews for Jeeves. But I received an excellent support from them. Support engineer was professional and checked all aspects(Electric lines before drilling, position of TV etc). Also gave a quick demo on TV functions. I am from Cochin.
