extremely pathetic, I cannot say about service because they never come for service even after paying. They maintain this pathetic behaviour every single time flipkart forcibly attaches their service with a product and charging for it.

My experience is good with Jeeves consumers service. All staff members are cooperative. When I visited this center, employees behaviour is too good and they solved my technical issues with my faulty product. So I request to all of you ignore the FAKE reviews.

Extremely poor Customer care Service by Jeeves. It's as good as nonexistent. Their toll-free number is useless as there's no response after the language you choose. The call is disconnected without response. No way to contact them. What's the point of going in for extended warranty if that's the attitude and response.
