It's very bad consumer service. I have complaint on 31 of July but resolution came on 9th of September. They are not updating the claim status and not providing the claim number. If you will call for further update they will claim a fresh request and your old claim will be closed without customer satisfaction again and again.

They are worst in delivering service. I can give you below 1star if there is an option. Flipkart should work out for their services or search better option otherwise I have no option rather then not to purchase anything from flipkart as well.

It's been 5 days I bought a new AC and the next day of delivery it was going to be installed. But they didn't even notified me about dates. I kept calling customer care but they didn't respond. They don't even pick up the landline. These much irresponsible working with Flipkart is not good.

Worst Experience. They are ignoring customers, Once they have received my call now they are literally ignoring my calls. Why Flipkart choses this kind of service providers? Very disappointed. Waiting for my AC to install from last two days still they are ignoring.
