You have to be persistent, as a basic follow up may require more that 2-3 months regarding your claim for service/warranty. However, in the end you will get what you were promised while purchasing their complete protection service.

A total fraud company. I bought a geyser from flipkart and they came to install it. They took 900 rupees and the next day we notice leakage, later we came to know that the installation was not done properly, gave a leaked pipe. They don’t even pick up the call. A total disappointment.
