This Jeeves people are cheaters and they are harassing the customers of Flipkart but the company is not taking action against them. I have purchased an AC on 16 Mar and it is yet to be installed. i have tried many a times but no response from them yet. Seriously disgusting

Not even taking responsibility after improper installation.Do not purchase electronics from Flipkart if proper installation is not guaranteed . Had purchased split AC from Flipkart . Ac not running after next day of installation when enquired with Jeeves technician asked to raise request with Flipkart directly

Never take this insurance at any cost, if they give you for free also. Worest company. They are not ready to give you proper response for your issue and they are useless. Claim also not possible with them. So better to take brand insurance only
