Very poor customer service. Staff on the call know nothing and donot even share the status of the complain. Technician does not pick up the calls. No office to visit to for the customer. Flipkart should notice the pathetic experience Jeeves is providing and consider not giving extended warranties to Jeeves.

Fraud organisation fake customer executives and fake technician. Never visits the place and keeps visit rescheduling bt never visits. Totally fraudsters
