Horrible services. The technicians have no knowledge of products and also they do not keep their word to return the refund amount. They are very bad at customer services and communicating their expectations and competencies. Will never recommend.

Very slow process. Worst experience ever in this type of services. Even after 15 days of documents submission and nos. of follow ups didn't received the claim where every documents was as per requirement from Jeeves.

They deserve negative reply from customer.Flase promises make from there end I purchased a redmi 7a phone on 2nd cotober and the phone is fully defective.after that thay sent a technician name ashis gupta..The person has not cheked my phone …

Jeeves customer service very very poor ...They try to fool customers ...My furniture installation date over .They call daily and make nonsense excuses and cancelled installation.Don't expect from flipkart to prime customers like this .

Third Grade company regarding commitment about service. Redeculas & irespocible behaviour. I think this is expected behaviour from #Flipcart. #ConsumerForum is the only right solution for this kind of company.
