A total fraud company. I bought a geyser from flipkart and they came to install it. They took 900 rupees and the next day we notice leakage, later we came to know that the installation was not done properly, gave a leaked pipe. They don’t even pick up the call. A total disappointment.

You have to be persistent, as a basic follow up may require more that 2-3 months regarding your claim for service/warranty. However, in the end you will get what you were promised while purchasing their complete protection service.

I want to give this company 0 star. Don't buy from Flipkart any tv . Because I did buy from Flipkart Thomson TV 24inch. And this company tie up with Flipkart. Flipkart send the engineer number but Jeeves Engineer denied for coming. They did not received the call also rude too much. It's 100% Fraud Company.
