Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive medical care and consultation to patients. * Conduct physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and recommend appropriate treatments. * Develop, implement, and monitor patient treatment plans. * Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide critical care when required. * Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. * Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols. * Stay updated with the latest medical practices and contribute to continuous improvement in patient care. Qualifications & Skills: * MBBS degree with a valid medical license/registration. * Prior clinical experience (hospital or multi-speciality setup preferred). * Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle emergencies calmly.
