Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Kendujhar. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate and compliant financial processes. Day-to-day tasks include financial analysis, budgeting, reconciliation, and assisting with audits. The Accountant will collaborate closely with other team members to support overall financial operations and maintain the integrity of accounting practices. Qualifications Strong skills in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Budgeting Proficiency in Reconciliation and Accounts Payable/Receivable management Experience in preparing Financial Reports and supporting audits Familiarity with Accounting Software and general IT proficiency Attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification (such as CPA) is a plus Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
