Job Summary-
Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) functional consultant
The role requires strong leadership in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, business process transformation, stakeholder management, solution design, system implementation, data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, AS-IS and TO-BE assessments.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend optimized business solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and solution blueprints.
- Align regional business processes with global ERP templates and standards.
- Able to support closure activity.
Oracle JDE Functional Leadership
- Configure and support JDE EnterpriseOne modules:
- Drive business process improvements and ERP best practice adoption.
Implementation & Deployment
- Lead CRP, iCRP, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and stabilization activities.
- Manage data migration, data validation, and system integration efforts.
- Support country-specific localization and statutory compliance requirements.
- Deliver user training and prepare operational documentation.
Integration & Reporting
- Manage system integrations with third-party applications.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, revenue recognition, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Support audit, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish testing standards and quality assurance processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 10+ years of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience.
- Experience in leading global ERP rollouts and multi-country implementations.
- Proven delivery experience across USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
