About the Role We are seeking a skilled and creative WordPress Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress, front-end and back-end development, and a keen eye for UI/UX best practices. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites. Design responsive, user-friendly layouts using themes, page builders, and custom code. Create and manage WordPress plugins, widgets, and APIs when required. Ensure website speed, performance optimization, and security best practices. Manage website hosting, domains, backups, and migration when needed. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to bring projects to life. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, or compatibility problems. Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (portfolio of live websites). Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or Gutenberg. Familiarity with SEO principles and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console). Knowledge of website security practices and optimization techniques (caching, CDN, etc.). Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce plugins is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience with Shopify, Wix, or other CMS platforms. Knowledge of REST API integration. Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop). What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
