Role Overview The Presales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound client inquiries, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team with accurate project information. The role focuses on building early-stage customer relationships, understanding buyer requirements, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales department. Key Responsibilities • Engage with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and site-visit coordination. • Understand client requirements (budget, location, property type) and match them with suitable projects. • Provide detailed project information, price sheets, availability status, and amenities overview. • Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and interaction history. • Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales managers for smooth handover. • Follow up with warm leads to improve conversion rate from inquiry to visit. • Participate in marketing campaigns, lead-generation activities, and events. • Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely responses and professional communication. • Track daily/weekly reports on lead flow, conversion ratios, and follow-up performance. Skills Required • Strong communication and customer-handling skills. • Basic understanding of real estate projects, legal terms, and market trends. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple leads. • CRM knowledge (Zoho, NoBroker CRM, Sell.Do, or similar). • Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at follow-ups.
