You will be working as a Python Lead at Java R&D Pvt. Ltd., located in Indore with office-based work hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST. In this role, as a Python Lead at Java R&D Pvt. Ltd., your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of developers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the Django framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, mentor junior and mid-level developers, ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality documentation. Additionally, you will be tasked with designing and implementing large-scale, high-performance web applications with optimized database architectures. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of developers for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable web applications using Django. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions. - Mentor junior and mid-level developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality documentation. - Design and implement large-scale, high-performance web applications with optimized database architectures. Qualification Required: - 6-11 years of experience in Python development. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience in developing and optimizing large-scale web applications and complex database schemas. - Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.,
