Job Description

JAVA Developer We are looking for a highly skilled Java and Angular Backend Developer to join our engineering team for a full time, 40 hour per week role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend services using Java and integrating them seamlessly with Angular based front end components. This role requires strong coding skills, REST API development experience, and the ability to work collaboratively within an agile development environment. No weekend or off-hour work is expected. Develop and maintain server-side logic using Java (Spring Boot preferred). Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange with frontend applications. Collaborate with UI developers to integrate Angular frontend with backend services. Design scalable microservices and ensure high performance and responsiveness. Work closely with QA, DevOps, and other crossfunctional teams in agile sprints. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Maintain clear and concise documentation for development processes and APIs. Mandatory Skills Technical Skills Java (Spring Boot), RESTful APIs, Angular, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git Soft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams. Strong problem solving abilities to identify and implement system improvements. Attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex business processes and technical requirements.
