Job Description

Develop and maintain SpringBoot REST APIs to interact with other REST APIs , SOAP APIs , and MS SQL Server databases . Transform and enrich existing APIs or create new ones based on business requirements. Collaborate with team members within an Agile Pod to ensure timely and quality delivery of features. Ensure the scalability and performance of APIs in microservice environments. Integrate with Messaging/Event-Driven Architecture and build solutions with Microservices architecture principles. Troubleshoot and optimize existing APIs and services to meet business requirements. Mandatory Skills: Java 8 : Advanced proficiency with more than 3 years of experience in Java development. Spring Boot : More than 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Spring Boot applications. REST APIs : At least 1 year of experience in designing and developing REST APIs. Microservices : Experience working with microservices architecture and related design patterns. Messaging/Event-Driven Architecture : Familiarity with building solutions that involve asynchronous messaging and event-driven models. Secondary Skills: Kubernetes / OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) : Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools. API Gateway : Experience in working with API Gateway solutions. HNB Processes, Tools, and Architecture : Knowledge of standard processes and tools in the HNB ecosystem. ADO (Azure DevOps) : Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to DevOps tools and practices like CI/CD pipelines , automated deployments , and infrastructure as code . Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
