Industry Preference: Chemical industry, specifically adhesives for flexible packaging, film lamination processes, or related segments Job Description / Responsibilities Drive business development and sales activities for the adhesive products portfolio. Identify and acquire new customers within the flexible packaging and film lamination market. Understand customer requirements, propose suitable adhesive solutions, and generate new business for JASCH products. Manage existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and service. Handle client concerns, coordinate complaint resolutions, and support payment follow-ups. Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights using Excel and internal reporting tools. Travel extensively (~80% of the time) to meet clients, distributors, and partners as required. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of sales experience in the adhesives, chemicals, packaging, or related industries. Candidates can apply from PAN India. Strong track record of new customer acquisition and market penetration. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
