We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive (Female) to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and documentation skills, along with proficiency in Tally, MS Word, and Excel. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update customer data records accurately. Perform regular follow-ups with customers regarding inquiries, payments, and feedback. Coordinate with the marketing team to track leads and follow up on marketing activities. Handle basic documentation work such as draft letters Communicate effectively with customers and resolve basic queries. Track and follow up on payments and fund collection as per schedules. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
