Handle domestic and international air ticketing with strong knowledge of airline portals, fares, and rules. Assist guests in choosing and booking the most suitable holiday package as per their interests and budget. Forward requirements to the procurement team for quotations and confirmations. Resolve all pre-tour and on-tour queries to ensure smooth travel experience. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors . Confirm bookings and guide guests through all post-booking processes . Use strong negotiation skills to secure best rates from suppliers. Maintain excellent communication with clients via website chat, WhatsApp, email, calls, and walk-ins. Handle and convert FIT (Free Independent Traveler) inquiries for both domestic and international tours. Conduct regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
