It's more than good but not excellent. Table top items needs to be presentable in the they will look when installed so as to get the appeal. All models of basins are not available. Company display should have all the items/models in display. Eg: all range in basins etc. Rest staff dealing with customers is excellent.

HORRIBLE MOST CUSTOMER CARE! It was 31st Oct when I raised a complaint! NO SOLUTION AS YET as on 9th Nov. The product was fitted in June! It’s broken in NOV & no solution! Several follow ups. Minus 5 for your nonsense services! EDIT: Compalint date 28th Oct. As on today 25th Nov: NO RESPONSE. PFA
