Fluency in Japanese and English as well as a High School Diploma are required. A bachelor’s in business administration or related field is preferred. The pay range for this position would be around the 50k-60k DOE and skills and it includes Medical and Dental insurance as well as sick leave and PTO. Your essential duties for this position would include the following: Performs clerical and administrative tasks including emails, reports, and other documents for President/Vice President and Executive Staff Arranges travel and accommodations for President/Vice President, visitors and Expats and completes expense reports on their behalf. The Essential Duties For This Position Would Include Take a lead on new business development on factory automation, new technology, and carbon neutral related business activities. Plans and conducts assignments generally involving the larger and more important projects. Working directly with customers to achieve automation and Kaizen activities including introducing new technologies. May act in liaison capacity with other departments, divisions and organizations. Lead in generating or adapting equipment technology to serve user needs alongside vendors or partners. Lead in troubleshooting determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
