Key Responsibilities (Textile Machinery) Warehouse Management Organize and maintain the warehouse in a systematic, clean, and accessible manner. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all materials and parts. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies timely. China Purchase Coordination Coordinate with China suppliers for machine and parts purchases. Follow up with China teams for order updates and shipment planning. Manage discussions related to complaints, shortages, or defects from China suppliers. Local Sales Support Assist in preparing and dispatching local sales orders. Maintain records of material movement and local delivery schedules. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order fulfillment. Complaints & Issue Handling Handle China-related complaints and ensure timely resolution through proper coordination. Report short shipments, damages, or missing parts along with proper documentation. Parts Follow-Up Follow up with China suppliers for pending or urgent spare parts. Track incoming shipments and update records accordingly. Customer Support & Logistics Coordinate for customer’s extra parts pickup and delivery. Maintain tally/records of extra parts provided to customers. Ensure accurate documentation and customer acknowledgement. Payment Follow-Up Follow up with customers for pending payments as instructed by management. Maintain a list of outstanding payments and update the accounts team.
