Learning of Avaya/ Cisco or Third Party SIP Based IP based IP Telephony features and configuration. Job would require configuration, troubleshooting, training and support to be conducted at Customer premise (morning and afternoon shifts). Good spoken Communication and ability understand customer requirements, document them and communicate back to top authorities is required. Ready to work in rotational shifts and on Weekends as and when required. Configure Cisco 4000/8000 series Voice Gateways, SIP Trunks, Analog, and PRI Lines. Integrate Voice Gateways with CUCM and monitor performance. Location: Mumbai/ Pune (Either Jampot office or the Client site depending on the company requirement) Cisco/Avaya Certifications in voice, data & networking like CCNA, CCNP, CCVP or Cisco Collaboration- Preferred.
Enterprise Telephony and Networking IP Telephony, Integrated Voice Response solution. Call Centre & corporate Voice Networking on Avaya/ Cisco Media servers. Good Communication skills to discuss and understand issues, requirements with customers with direct one on one communication or over phone/mails. Hands-on experience with Cisco 4000/8000 series Gateways. Expertise in SIP, H.323, MGCP, and PRI configurations.
