Picking & Packing Oversight Prepare daily pick lists for orders. Assign work to packing staff, check that items, quantities, and labels are correct before sealing. Stock Accuracy Do quick daily counts and full weekly counts; fix any mismatch fast. Keep an eye on slow‑moving or near‑expiry stock and report it. Label & Print Control Place label‑printing requests on time and double‑check details like batch, date, and price. Make sure no outdated labels are used. Dispatch & Paperwork Book transport, prepare invoices and shipping papers, and load trucks safely. Share a simple daily report: opening stock, receipts, orders sent, variances. Team & Safety Train and motivate 8–15 packing workers; keep the floor clean and safe. Enforce basic safety gear and tidy workstations.
