I would like to say that best service center for tata car owners I have harrier facelift and service was perfect everything was shown in front of me while replacing it loyalty to the customer is important and they stand on it and they don’t charge randomly everything will be explained clearly. I had a very disappointing experience with this Tata Motors dealership in Ghaziabad. Poor communication, inaccurate time estimates, and unprofessional service made it a complete waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and if possible, I’d give it a zero rating.
Humble request, don't visit this service centre. Their labour will not change the parts and no idea if they are doing service as well or not of your vehicle.
Worst paint quality. Only after 1 year paint was scaling out from a door which was painted by them. They were saying the warranty was for 6 months only. They offered me to paint my that one door again in only 2500 Rs. I said that I can't pay them 2500 Rs again for next 6 months only and turned back from there.
