Job Description Business Analyst -I The role will be responsible for. 1. Reviewing and finalizing weekly billing/invoices to customers within the scheduling software 2. Putting the payments received against the invoices in the software. 3. Reviewing and finalizing the employee shifts/hours for payroll in the scheduling software 4. Exporting the finalized payroll data to the payroll software 5. Compare and audit the data in two software systems to remove discrepancies. 6. Update accounting software with different expenses incurred through bank and credit card. 7. Update and Maintain customer and vendor’s accounting. 8. Update and Maintain employee benefits payroll deductions register. 9. Enter claims on for third party website 10. Run pre-saved reports. Qualified Candidates are preferred to have a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in any accounting software in an office setting, preferably in a health clinic or doctor’s clinic or nursing home. They should be familiar with billing, accounts receivable and payroll preparation. Experience in advanced EXCEL including formulae and pivot tables. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. We have Back Office operations in Okhla Delhi for a US based Home Health Care Company for last 6 years. Currently 10 BDS doctors are working on this project.We need candidates as per the following requirement - Qualification - BDS Compensation - Initial 3 months -Rs.25000 per month, After successful completion of training - Rs.30000 per month. I am forwarding the some of the activities to be do performed by the selected BDS graduates - Primary Objectives: Quality Assurance ·To create a template for prospective patient visits after reviewing the clinical notes of enrolled patients and then review the visit notes for completeness after the visiting nurse completes the visits and fills the template ·If a nurse is unable to complete the note in a timely fashion then the team will contact the nurse and take ‘dictation’ over the phone and fill the notes ·In addition to working on prospective visits the team will also QA the notes from previous visits & create the clinical summary for the same patient. KRA: The KRA of the team would be to create a note template for each nursing visit that is scheduled for the subsequent day and then submit a valid visit note within 24 hours of completing the visit. Secondary Objectives: Scheduling and PA work · The ‘graduates’ will be responsible for timely submission of documents to the insurance companies for pre-authorization · They will also ensure that all approved visits are entered in the EMR software and all these visits have nurses/HHAs assigned to them · They will coordinate with the nursing team to ensure that all scheduled visits are covered – essentially the team will call the nurses after checking the schedule for each day to confirm that the Nurse is going to the patient’s home.
