This role demands strong lead generation , sales ownership , and consistent achievement of in-licensing and out-licensing targets . 🎯 Key Responsibilities Hands-on lead generation for out-licensing of FDF to Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Panama, Chile, Venezuela... Own the complete BD and sales cycle from prospecting to closure Deliver against defined revenue, licensing, and pipeline targets Drive commercial discussions and negotiations with regional partners Manage a strong active pipeline with regular deal follow-ups 🧠 Desired Profile 3–4 years of relevant BD / licensing experience in pharma, OTC, or supplements Currently and actively engaged in LATAM business operations (not dormant exposure) Handling existing annual sales turnover of USD 4-5 Mn Proven track record in lead generation and deal closures Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-management skills Independent, target-driven, and execution-focused ⭐ Why Join Ixora?
