Ixigo seems to have sabotaged IRCTC site , to make their own commission. Ixigo charges full fare instead of 50 % for senior citizens for travel in March 2025. Unable to see chat service in their app. Phonecalls bluntky disconnected by Ixigo after forcing to go to app
