We provide fast, transparent, and compliant credit against gold jewelry and other approved collateral, with a strong emphasis on trust, accurate valuation, secure custody, and excellent customer service. The role supports daily branch operations customer onboarding, KYC documentation, gold appraisal coordination, loan disbursal/renewals, collections follow-up, and recordkeeping while maintaining strict adherence to internal controls, safety, and local regulatory requirements. Requirements: - Masters's Degree in Business, Economics or related field. - Mastery of computer systems and modern business tools. - 2 Years work experience in sales, business development or management. - Ability to read, write and speak english - Willing to work hard and able to sell, improve processes, lead a team. - Exceptional integrity of character.
