Staff is very ignorant since it’s Apple showroom. I went buy MacBook Pro M3, after comparing the price with Vijay sale and reliance digital. We decided not to buy from here. Simply because of service and staff behaviour.

Pathetic service everyone is so rude when we explain we have issues in the product they just don't want to help they directly tell the product is working and when we tell them this is not working they will argue. I don't know why Apples are keeping this type of people in their service center.

Good service but the place needs some upkeep. The token generator does not give an output and the screen to display the sequence of numbers is not working. I have been to Apple service centres in Singapore and the drop in standards here is visible
