Pathetic service, they have no knowledge of anything only are interested in selling new products, rhey refused to repair/replace my airpods saying buy new one and get rid of the present one. Mine is just about 1.4 year old airpod worth 20k its not aome china ka maal for 2k BETTER go to BKC, apple needs to shut such loss making centres

They are authorised service provider for Apple products but the staff is not at all cooperative.rather they are befooling the customers and pushing to buy new product instead of trying to provide service solutions..Also they are misguiding the customers regarding the Apple policies !!
