This is always crowded so be prepared for some waiting time. Service is good. They will explain the features nicely. Recently changed a new tempered for my pro max and they took their time to place it . Placed a wrong one which did not fit the size and later changed it themselves. Next best alternative to an apple store around.

Super slow, you would have to wait for at least 1-1.5 hrs after your token gets generated. Even though there are 4 counters for service requests, only 1 or 2 will be operational, rest 2-3 will just be empty.
