Role & responsibilities ITvia Data Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its UK operations support team and is looking for energetic, English-fluent Back Office Executives to work directly with our UK client teams via Microsoft Teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain global exposure and build a rewarding career in the international BPO/IT support space. Preferred candidate profile - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. • Good computer proficiency (MS Office, Teams, Email handling). • Graduate in any stream (preferred: candidates with UK shift or process experience). • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Open to both male and female candidates. • Immediate joining is a must. Computer proficiency CRM understanding Key Responsibilities : • Interact and coordinate one-on-one with UK client teams through Teams and email. • Perform daily back-office operations as per project requirements. • Ensure timely and accurate data handling, reporting, and documentation. • Maintain professional communication and uphold service quality standards. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries efficiently.
