The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, with a deep understanding of custom software solutions and the ability to develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and develop a robust pipeline of prospects within targeted industries. Initiate contact with potential clients to establish relationships and present our custom software solutions. Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance the sales funnel. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and propose solutions that meet their business objectives. Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations, propose solutions, and close sales to achieve revenue targets. Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are favorable and compliant. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Feedback and Improvements: Gather client feedback to inform continuous product and service improvement. Act as the voice of the customer within the company to aid product development teams in crafting solutions that meet market needs. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the software industry, particularly with custom software solutions. Strong understanding of software development processes and the technology market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver engaging presentations. We're looking for a full stack developer specialising in: React Next Node Python Any relational database You should be well versed in software testing Cloud skills are must Linux If you know machine learning, its a plus. 1+ years of experience. You must have worked on good projects. Purely academic projects wont be considered. This will be a full time position in next 3 months. Location: Pune Before 3 months, this will be a work from home position so you're expected to have the right infra for working from home, ie, laptop, network connection, power backup. You should be comfortable in a startup culture. Moon-lighting is a strict no-no for us.
