As a Talent Acquisition professional in the Recruitment team, your role involves designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as databases and social media. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions will also be a key aspect of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy - Source and attract candidates through databases, social media, etc. - Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions - Have proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency) - Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.) - Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.) - Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making skills Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a Recruiter - Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and CMS - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making skills This is a full-time job opportunity with benefits including Provident Fund.
