Really bad service. All D2C firms should avoid engaging with them at all costs. Account managers, operations manager or any other person working here don't usually respond. You are left embarrassed in front of your customers with no answers.

i have received wrong product, need to return it. This courier, ithink logistics doesn't disclose the sellers address and website. Their given customer care number on the product is switched off. Simply It is directly helping fraud sellers, customers cant replace or return the wrong products.
