Job Description The Recruiting Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment operations, supervising the recruiter team, and ensuring timely, high-quality talent acquisition aligned with ITG’s hiring needs. This role plays a key part in translating the recruitment strategy developed by the Director into effective execution, while maintaining focus on candidate experience, hiring efficiency, and compliance. Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of recruiters in meeting hiring goals and service level expectations across business units. Collaborate with the Recruiting Director to operationalize talent acquisition strategies. Ensure all open roles are posted, tracked, and filled according to approved timelines and budget. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview structures, and selection criteria. Review resumes, assign requisitions, and coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams. Monitor recruiter performance and provide coaching, feedback, and support to meet productivity and quality expectations. Oversee the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate and timely data entry and status updates. Assist in organizing hiring events and job fairs, coordinate logistics and staffing needs for successful execution. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws. Assist with onboarding processes and handoffs to HR/Payroll for smooth new hire transition. Participate in recruitment reporting and metrics tracking and recommend process improvements. Job Description ITG is seeking a highly motivated Fiber Manager to oversee, coordinate, and monitor fiber construction projects, including aerial, underground, and data center builds. This role combines technical expertise in fiber optic and low-voltage systems with strong leadership and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing teams, budgets, and schedules while ensuring all work complies with ITG, OSHA, and federal/state standards. Responsibilities Manage, coach, and monitor technicians, contractors, and functional reports to achieve project goals. Inspect the quality and safety of work regularly to ensure compliance with federal, state, and company standards. Provide direct oversight, training, and development of crews working on fiber, data, DAS, security, and related solutions. Review and analyze service, maintenance, and operational reports to identify and address nonconformities.
