Assist Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the daily kitchen operations. Prepare ingredients and cook food as per recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Ensure all dishes are prepared on time and presented according to quality standards. Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures. Receive and store kitchen supplies properly. Assist in inventory checks and stock rotation (FIFO). Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members. Learn and adapt to new methods, recipes, and menus. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues.
