It was a horrible experience, they changed my battery and charged 6000 rupees, after reaching home the battery was not working and it’s showing zero percentage charged. In the Hp website the battery price is 4000 rupees.

I had visited since my Hp laptop was very slow, i wanted to upgrade the RAM. However, the service engineer advised on adding SSD and that really helped. The service was very good and quick.

Kind request to everyone living in Bengaluru, please avoid going to this place as the technicians are incompetent and the management is horrible.
They sell duplicate/forged HP spare parts masking it as ORIGINAL.
And because I am from North India there way of conversation with me was Xenophobic.
