IT Trainer (Cyber Security)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cybersecurity Trainer to train students in cybersecurity concepts, tools, and practical applications. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and excellent communication skills to deliver effective training sessions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on Cybersecurity.
• Teach Networking Fundamentals, Ethical Hacking, and Information Security.
• Train students in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
• Provide hands-on training in Kali Linux and cybersecurity tools.
• Cover topics such as Network Security, Web Application Security, and System Security.
• Guide students through real-time projects and practical assignments.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
• Monitor student performance and provide feedback.
• Support students in project development and certification preparation.

Required Technical Skills

• Cybersecurity Fundamentals
• Networking Concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Firewalls)
• Ethical Hacking
• Kali Linux
• Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
• Network and Web Application Security
• Linux and Windows Administration
• Security Tools such as Nmap, Burp Suite, Wireshark, and Metasploit

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interest in teaching and mentoring students.
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Cybersecurity Trainer or Security Professional.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Ability to handle classroom and offline training sessions.
• Willingness to work on real-time projects and student mentoring.
