About the Role
We're looking for motivated B.Tech freshers to join our IT Tech Support Back Office team in Kolkata. You'll handle technical tickets, resolve system issues, and keep operations running smoothly through the night. It's a good place to start your IT career with hands-on training and real exposure to support operations.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor, log, and resolve technical support tickets within defined SLAs

Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, OS, and network issues

Handle support requests through email, chat, and internal tools
-
Escalate unresolved issues to the right teams with clear documentation
-
Maintain accurate records in ticketing tools and internal systems
-
Perform routine system checks, backups, and data updates
-
Follow standard operating procedures and security policies
-
Prepare daily shift reports and hand over updates to the next shift
Eligibility & Requirements

Education:
B.Tech / B.E. (any stream; CSE, IT, ECE preferred), 2024–2026 pass-outs

Basic knowledge of computers, Windows/Linux OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals

Good English communication

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Willing to work night shifts

Available to join immediately
Good to Have

Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk)

Basic understanding of Active Directory, email setup, or remote desktop tools

Any certification in IT support (CompTIA A+, CCNA basics, etc.)
