IT Project Management

As an Infoscion, your primary role will be to take end-to-end bottom-line responsibility for a project. This involves leading the proposal preparation, reviewing project estimations, and capturing inputs from key stakeholders to position Infosys suitably to secure deals. You will schedule assignments, monitor, review, and report project status regularly to manage project risks and ensure successful project delivery and implementation. Additionally, you will coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training, and motivate team members through effective feedback and recognition for high performance. Your contribution in creating thought leadership within your technology specialization area will be crucial, ensuring compliance with Infosys guidelines, policies, and norms.
