Job Description

Efforts Solution PVT LTD looking for an experienced IT Hardware & Networking Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, hardware maintenance, networking, server support, and technical troubleshooting across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, and computer peripherals.
• Perform operating system installation, updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance (Windows OS).
• Handle LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other hardware devices.
• Manage biometric attendance devices and access control systems.
• Perform basic server administration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and regular health checks of IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity issues.
• Support system backups, antivirus updates, and basic IT security activities.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, service records, and maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and technical support.
• Travel to different office or client locations as required for IT support and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware, networking, and desktop support.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic Windows Server administration.
• Practical experience in LAN/WAN networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience handling printers, biometric devices, routers, and switches.
• Basic knowledge of server maintenance, backup, and network security.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
