No different when it comes to dealing like any shady developer. Promise the moon, charge big and then deliver crap. In the haste to grow now it is all short cuts and hoodwinking the customers. All talk about being customer centric is pass.

Disgraceful. Canceled my villa an hour before my flight departure, causing major financial loss and so much stress and anxiety. Offered a downgrade to another villa and tried selling it to me like it’s an upgrade. Absolute disaster. Avoid trusting them with your vacations.
