This full-time, on-site role involves managing shop floor activities, supervising a team of 20–25 workers, and ensuring smooth and timely production workflows. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining quality control, production efficiency, and adherence to safety and housekeeping standards. Key responsibilities include creating and managing production schedules, meeting daily output targets, and maintaining accurate records of raw materials and finished goods. The supervisor will also coordinate with vendors, dispatch teams, and internal departments to ensure timely order execution with minimal wastage and delays. Monitoring the performance of the production team and enforcing quality standards are essential components of this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory position, preferably in metal fabrication. A strong understanding of production planning and scheduling, combined with effective communication and leadership skills, is essential. Organizational abilities and a sharp attention to detail will help drive productivity on the shop floor.
