Not proper service provide Every day afternoon Internet not working Every time I have to complain No any proper solution for that

Very bad experience. He not fixe the problem in one week. I am complaint last 6 days ago but no response from the Ishan team and staff and I am not able to complaint again because of my 1st complaint was not completed. I am submitted some pic of LAN wire condition.
