Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Assistant Professor at ISF College of Pharmacy in Moga. The Research Assistant Professor will be responsible for conducting high-quality research, developing and executing research strategies, and contributing to academic publications. Daily tasks include designing experiments, supervising graduate students, applying for research grants, collaborating with industry partners, and ensuring the integrity and compliance of research activities. Qualifications Strong research skills, including designing experiments and data analysis Experience in writing and securing research grants Excellent academic writing and publication skills Ability to supervise and mentor graduate students Experience in collaborative research with industry partners Strong organizational and project management skills Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field Experience in pharmaceutical research is preferred
