Job Title: Senior Site In-Charge Electrical (4-6 Years Experience) Company: M/s. IS Projects Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are hiring a Senior Site In-Charge (Electrical) with 4 to 6 years of experience in high-rise building electrical projects and external electrical works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising all site-level electrical activities, managing manpower, coordinating with contractors, ensuring safety, and completing work as per drawings and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day electrical installation work at site for high-rise buildings and external electrical infrastructure. Manage and guide electricians, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution. Oversee installation of cable trays, conduits, wiring, panels, earthing systems, DBs, switchgear, and other electrical components. Monitor external electrical works such as street lighting, feeder pillars, HT/LT cabling, transformer yards, and underground cabling. Ensure all electrical installations comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. Conduct routine inspections for quality control and ensure timely rectification of site issues. Coordinate closely with Project Manager, client representatives, and consultants. Plan daily work activities, monitor material requirements, and ensure proper usage of tools & equipment. Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption logs, manpower reports, and site documentation. Follow strict adherence to electrical safety norms and ensure site safety compliance at all times. Support testing & commissioning activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred). 4 to 6 years of Relevant Experience in electrical site execution, especially in high-rise buildings or large infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, internal electrification, external cabling, lighting systems, and panel installation. Ability to understand electrical drawings (single-line diagrams, layouts, schematics). Excellent team handling, communication, and coordination skills. Good knowledge of site safety protocols and electrical standards. Preferred Experience Experience in Electrical contracting companies, MEP & Construction Companies. Exposure to handling vendor coordination and client site inspections. Knowledge of local regulations and approvals related to electrical works. Salary Range 5,40,000 p.a. to 7,00,000 p.a.
