Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineer / Sr. Engineer to join our team at United HR Solutions Pvt Ltd, with a strong background in engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Design, develop, and test new engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to junior engineers.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
