You will be responsible for understanding the technical features and applications of the assigned product category/make. Building strong customer relationships through mailers, broadcasts, and calls for the assigned make/services will be a key part of your role. Timely action on leads received/generated by the team/you is crucial to ensure business success. You will be required to send techno-commercial offers to clients within the stipulated time, while also proactively developing new applications, solutions, and upgrading to the latest technology. Achieving growth and meeting sales targets will be essential aspects of your performance. Analyzing data on lost orders and competition will help in identifying areas of improvement. Post-offer actions and follow-ups, as well as processing orders to suppliers and post-order follow-ups, are integral parts of the job. It will also be your responsibility to maintain stock levels and review them on a monthly basis. Submitting reports to management as instructed and participating in any company-related activities assigned by management are expected. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. Benefits include health insurance, while the schedule is on a day shift with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The required education is a Diploma, and preference will be given to candidates with 1 year of total work experience and 1 year of sales experience.
