IRB Wholesale Model Development

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and validating internal ratings-based models for wholesale portfolios at Crisil Integral IQ's Bengaluru location. This full-time on-site role entails collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate modeling and enhancing model performance through continuous improvement practices. We are looking for experienced professionals with 3-8 years of IRB wholesale model development experience, possessing a proven track record in end-to-end IRB model development from inception. Candidates should have experience interfacing with banking regulators during model reviews and expertise across corporate, real estate, specialized lending, and non-bank portfolios, with proficiency in SAS/Python. Key qualifications include demonstrating successful delivery of wholesale IRB models through complete regulatory approval cycles for PD model development.
